The Executive Committee is responsible for carrying out the decisions of the General Assembly.
The Executive Committee comprises of nine members as follows:
- the President, elected from among and by the ordinary members of the
Society present at the General Assembly;
- the Vice-President, elected from among and by the ordinary members of the
Society present at the General Assembly;
- four members, elected from among and by the ordinary members of the
Society present at the General Assembly;
The Executive Committee appoints the following ex officio members:
- the Secretary
- the Treasurer
- the Managing Editor of the journal
The Executive Committee may appoint other officers and establish other working
committees to carry out parts of its work such as the webmaster and the ESR-News editor.
